I have seen many conmen conning individually but never seen conman targeting many in one go. I will come to this topic another time.
One day while I was in Lahore Pakistan I have asked fraud shah that there are kothas in Lahore. He said to me I will take you there.
Fraud shah called one of his friends, when he came fraud shah told him about his programme. His friend told him since few days he has been unwell and feeling weak but

Fraud shah, me on one motor bike and two of his friends on other motor bike. After few minutes ride we were there. They parked their motor bikes and went into one house.

There was one very weak man. One young pregnant woman and about four years old girl.
That young woman took us to the room and offered seats.
After few minutes a young man and young woman entered the room and shuck hands with all of us. So this young woman was the main star of the show.
After few minutes they told us go and sit outside ( Bairay wich) of the room on chairs.

I told them I will go later. The person who arranged it volunteered himself first,went in and came out after few minutes. That lady came out too for bathroom because it was outside. After washing she went in fraud shah went in and came out after few minutes and that lady too for washing. As soon as fraud shah came out his wife telephone him on his mobile and asked him where are you? She seemed bit suspicious on him. How did she know? Nobody knew about it. I think her sixth sense worked very well. Anyway fraud shah managed to assure her that he is with me and in safe hands.
Anyway after fraud shah’s turn his friend mian sahib told I (me) have to go now. I told him iam not going. When I told them iam not going then mian sahib became bit shy and he refused to go too and realized that is not suitable to go now.

I have asked what do you mean by 1 and 2 ? He said number 1 is original and 2 is counterfeit. Both are supplied by company dealers. I told him bring one of each.
When he brought two packs it was hard to distinguish which is fake and real.
It is not ended on cigarettes only but also other products even medicines and food products due to corrupt systems in Muslim countries.

Swear punishments for criminals but still crime happens in Saudi Arabia. Iam talking about small crimes, in which victims are poor visitors. Small I meant fraud in very small scale. These types of incidents go unreported? Yes because is not easy to report crimes Due to red tape attached to the system in these countries or it takes long time to access busy police officers. How it happens? Just imagine you are sitting in the holy mosque of Kaaba or in prophets mosque in Madina and one woman comes to you Starts talking to you, then asks you if you help her to find or reach her hotel. You are ready to help and go with her to her hotel. As soon as you arrive there she invites to the hotel for cup of tea and to meet her husband or family members for your help. You accept her offer and go into the hotel room. As soon as you want to go out they will try to harass you to give your money and ask you tell to call your family members to pay money without reporting to police. They threatens if you report to police they will kill you. It is like kidnap for money in other words. If you are visiting please make sure you look after your money and passport because when I have visited Saudi Arabia few years ago with my family members. There were many people who were begging and making stories like they have been picki pocketed or they lost their money. I got annoyed by one person (Pakistani) near safaa and told him everyone is beggar here who to believe? He got angry on this comment and he was nearly ready to fight with me. Anyway I manage to escape. Some of pilgrims have no respect for these places like a young girl told me while she was performing her hajj someone was trying to push his hard penis into her back. Years ago I received a call from one Pakistani possibly from Kashmir origin. He said to me one of his “Gora” friend has computer for sale if you are interested he could get it at discounted price and I give him some pocket money. I asked him where I could see this computer; he said I could meet him near Royal restaurant on wilmslow road Manchester. Then he will take me to his “Gora” friend. I asked his name and he told me his name is “Ali” then I asked his home number. He said I don’t want to let me mom know that Iam dealing with this stuff to get some money. I said ok and put about 600 pounds in my pocket. As soon as I reached near wilmslow Road It came to my mind what the hell Iam going to do with this computer because I already had laptop and two desktops. I switched off my mobile phone and came back home. Thanks god it was right decision and my sixth sense saved me from being conned Otherwise I could have lost about 600 pounds.
Few years later I received a call from Bradford he said one of his “Gora” friend has photocopiers if I pay him some pocket money as commission then he could arrange the deal. I asked him his home address then he said his brother has veg/ fruit stall in the Bradford market if I come there and he will be there. I put some cash in my pocket and borrowed van from one of my friend and started traveling to Bradford. As soon as I was Near Bradford he called me It will be difficult to park in city centre so I call him when I arrive near market in Bradford. As soon as I arrived near Market/ Morrison I called him. He came to my van, opened the door and warmly said Aslam u alikum . As he was stepping inside the van he said “ ya allah khair” He was about 27 years of age about 5 feet tall medium built and told me his name is “mushtaaq” After dua and salaam he said lets go to photocopier place. He took me to one photocopier machine shop and told me stop and wait. After few minutes he came out and told me he talked to “Gora” friend and asked to give 450 pounds to get machines. I told him I have to see the machines first. How I could pay you the money without seeing anything. He said I can give my this gold necklace and jacket as security. He said jacket is “saneetay” made which is very expensive. Is it True? No idea what saneetay is? I said I don’t want any security I just want to see the machines before I give you money. Then he said you are Muslim not trusting another Muslim. It is very big sin not to trust another Muslim. As soon as he told me this I gave him 450 pounds . He took the money, went into the shop and came out after few minutes. He said I paid the money for machines and lets collect from the store. He took me to another place and asked to stop at one snooker place. He told me wait outside till he arranges for collection. He went in….. I have waited about 10 minutes and still no sign of his appearance. I went into the snooker hall and looked around. There was no sign of him in the hall. I asked the Pakistani at the reception about this guy. He offered me a chair and tea. He said you have been conned. This building has 3 entrances and exits. I saw him coming in and after two minutes he went out. He suggested if I want to catch him visit regularly some other snooker place. I came out and was so ashamed of my foolishness and believing conman because he was Muslim.

I went to the photocopier place and told about this whole story. Lady in the shop said he came in twice, looking at machines and asked the prices and walked out. She said best thing is report to the police and they will help in police investigation. I went to the market where his brother had (according to him) veg/fruit stall. There were Pakistanis working there with similar accent but they said they have no idea about this person. Then I went to the Bradford police station and waited out and the changed my mind not to report this incident because police doesn’t take notice of these type of crimes. So I drove you back to Manchester. While I was driving and thinking I see “Ali” who called few years ago in Manchester was the same conman “Mushtaq” I bet he conned many people by this way with same story. Since that day I was very careful but you know victims of these conmen are vulnerable to the crime again and again. I have been conned again three times because I trust people very quickly.

Yes fraud shah. His real name is Syed Zameer Hussein Shah from Harbanse pura Lahore Pakistan. He is working and targeting Pakistanis in Kuwait. His father was school teacher and Hakeen part time as home base business in Harbanse pura. Fraud shah kehtay hain jis say milo uss kay andher itna guss jao keh who aap per makammal aitmaad kernay lagay phir uss ko asaani say shkaar kar saktay hain. According to him target middle class or rich, you would get nothing if you target poor because they don’t have for themselves. All Connie people have one common thing, which is to create greed in your target first and then it is easy to hunt.
Fraud shah me & Mehr sahib Fraud shah manages to impress Mehr sahib and got a job in his business. He took me in his work shop and opened door of one room and told me have a seat. Then he said I have got a job here and this is my office. This was one of the happiest news of my life because the way he told me his life stories and the way people used him without rewards. Few days later he rung me and said you know I have got office now it is better if you give me one color photocopier to display in my office. This way I will try to sell your machines. I told him no problem and next day he came with vanette to collect the machine. He brought few people with him. When he took the machine, the way he came to take it, my sixth sense told me he sold this machine to mehr sahib. Then I don’t know it came to my mind I shouldn’t be suspicious about nice gentleman. Few days later he told me could you find out about metal cutting oil because there is only one importer here in Kuwait. I told him ok. I have managed to get some information and prices from different manufacturers. During this process I asked him I could manage to make our own metal cutting oil. He said really? I told him yes and after few days I got formula from one Turkish manufacturer. One day I received a call from him that iam passing through fahaheel if I could see you I said ok. He came to me and told me he sold this metal cutting oil formula to mehr sahib for KD 1600 and asked me (“main bhi changa thuk laya nah mehr sahib noo”?) what do you think? Have I conned mehr sahib nicely? And then told me he had meeting for one business with someone but mehr sahib refused to pay me proper commission Few weeks later he introduced me to mehr sahib in khaitan about 8.30pm. Mehr sahib invited me to his home but I refused with thanks. He told to mehr sahib that I could arrange immigration for him to Canada or uk. Mehr sahib started taking interest in my work. One day he told me he is going to Pakistan. I thought I better go to Pakistan as well otherwise iam going to miss him. I didn’t have any clue why he is going to Pakistan. While we were on Kuwait airport he showed me one drink bottle and said this sample of cutting oil and we are going to experiment it in Pakistan. After few days stay in Pakistan I came back to Kuwait. I have rung to fraud shad in Pakistan and he told me something happened to mehr sahib and came back to Kuwait without meeting him. I told him this is my copier and already I serviced twice. He said what your copier? I already paid him after few days when he brought it. He took me to al rai work shop and showed me receipt with fraud shah’s signature. I told him he got this machine for display. Then he told me he bought these machines too expensive from Pakistan and He sold me cutting oil formula for KD1600 by saying he got it from one British Nuclear scientist. It was first information fraud shah coned me for KD200 Now me and mehr sahib found out Fraud shahs reality. I told him how I acquired this formula and how it started. Anyway mehr sahib was quick to react and used selfishness to ignore my interest and tried to recover his money. He managed to recover KD800 by holding his release. Got writing for owning other KD800. He told me few weeks ago fraud shah paid him another KD50.

During conversation fraud shah mentioned few dry fruit merchants from Dubai to impress him. Mr. khawja asked me if I could arrange rice color sorter for him. Fraud shah me & Mian Arif (machines Import Lahore)
One day while I was in Lahore fraud shah told me I have made an appointment with one machinery importer. Do not talk too much to him just tell him basically I am from India with British citizenship and rest I will handle. As soon we arrived at mian Arif sahibs place he opened his sitting room door and greeted us. After hal ahwal he asked about me. Fraud shah introduced me and also said he sent me two containers load of machinery to Kuwait to impress him that he has business in Kuwait. He said to mian Arif that it is difficult to get visa for Uk why not use my service to import from uk. Few minutes later Another conman arrived with mian arifs invitation. His name is Hajji maqsood also syed Who had long beard. Next day I found out this man tried to screw mian arif with truck load of compressors, issued a bogus cheque which failed to cash. Is fraud shah succeeded to cone Mr. Arif? I will try to update if I hear something.
